TTGOV eforms and services

TTGOV eforms have been provided to help you in accessing the various services offered by Government Ministries and agents. All of the forms provided may be printed, completed manually and submitted to the relevant agency.

Restoration of Citizenship

This form is used by individuals to renew their Trinidad and Tobago citizenship status. Medical Forms P&I 40 and P&I 40A must also be completed.

Passport Applications 

Trinidad and Tobago passports are issued to holders of Trinidad and Tobago citizenship. The passport application forms A for adults and B for children are also available for download. Passport Application forms may be typed or completed by hand and submitted along with other required documentation.

First-Time Passport Applicants

The following application forms are for holders of Trinidad and Tobago citizenship who are first-time applicants for a Trinidad and Tobago passport.

Visa Applications

For persons from designated countries who wish to visit Trinidad and Tobago for a temporary purpose, such as tourism, or visiting family or friends, the visa application form is now available on-line.
